Opulent Ledger Booking Agreement and Traveler Policies
Effective for future bookings. Review with your trip-specific written proposal before payment.
Booking types
Client-requested custom group: A client asks Opulent Ledger to research and assemble a special group itinerary. Quoted price depends on stated minimum travelers and room occupancy. If the requested group does not proceed, a $500 planning and administration fee applies once to the entire group reservation when disclosed and accepted. The trip proposal identifies the responsible organizer or payer. Deposits from fewer travelers do not guarantee the group rate; a smaller group requires a new quote.
Existing published package: A traveler books a place in an existing Opulent Ledger departure. If that traveler cancels, a $500 administration fee applies per canceling traveler when disclosed and accepted. Supplier charges and applicable cancellation deadlines are separate.
Payment and cancellations
The trip-specific proposal must show destination, dates, inclusions, exclusions, price, occupancy, minimum group size, deposit, balance due dates, cancellation deadlines, card fees and future-credit terms. Booking inventory and supplier rates are not guaranteed until confirmed. Written cancellations are required. Generally, eligible cancellations at least 90 days before departure may receive an 18-month future travel credit less applicable agreed fees and supplier costs; cancellations 89 days or fewer before departure generally receive no credit, subject to the accepted trip-specific terms and applicable law. A written itemized accounting will be provided.
Traveler responsibilities and suppliers
Travelers must provide accurate information and arrange passports, visas and other entry requirements. Airlines, hotels and tour providers have separate terms. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The group organizer cannot automatically accept financial obligations for other travelers; each paying traveler accepts their own applicable booking terms.
One agreement before checkout
I agree to the Opulent Ledger Booking Agreement, General Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and my trip-specific proposal, including the applicable group minimum, payment schedule, cancellation terms and $500 fee structure.
The required Stripe Checkout acceptance box is the agreement step before payment. Do not pay without receiving your trip-specific proposal.
