Submitting an inquiry or preparing an email does not create a reservation. A reservation is secured only after the required deposit and applicable booking information are received and confirmed.

Payments & Pricing
Prices, availability, flights, hotels, schedules and experiences are not guaranteed until the required deposit is received and the booking is confirmed. A 2.94% processing fee is included in each payment total. The full total will be shown before you pay.
Cancellations & Future Travel Credit
If a cancellation is approved under the applicable Journey Terms & Conditions, the eligible amount paid will be issued as an Opulent Ledger Future Travel Credit after deducting a $500 administration fee and any non-refundable supplier charges. The credit must be applied to a new booking within 12 months of issue. No automatic cash refund is created by submitting a cancellation request.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended because unexpected circumstances may affect travel plans.
Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry authorizations, required vaccinations, health documentation, entry permits and related fees unless expressly stated otherwise in the package.
Changes to Travel Arrangements
Hotels, airlines, transportation, tours, experiences and schedules may change due to availability, weather, supplier operations, government requirements or circumstances beyond Opulent Ledger’s control. Comparable alternatives may be substituted when necessary.
Suppliers & Changes
Travel providers are independent suppliers and their terms may also apply. Supplier changes may occur, and comparable substitutions will be made where reasonably possible.
Referral Benefit
Future Travel Credits may be offered with a specific Journey. Any amount, eligibility and redemption terms will be stated in that offer. No credit is earned unless the applicable offer terms say so.
Acceptance
Submitting payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of applicable Opulent Ledger Terms & Conditions and relevant supplier terms. Full trip-specific booking terms will be provided when applicable.
